Cashier · Name match
Match the name before a Diwa Wow cashout request
A cashout on this ledger starts only after the account name and the UPI name are the same. This ledger cannot see the request, speed it up, or tell you it succeeded.

This host never sees the transfer
The request lives inside Diwa Wow. This column can tell you what to compare before you submit it. It cannot approve, delay, or reverse it.
Any message that says this ledger will release the money is false.
One handle, in your name
Use a UPI id whose bank name matches the account you opened. A friend’s handle, even with permission, is a mismatch.
Do not split one payout across two ids to test which arrives. That adds confusion and can stall both.

Pending means pending
The status screen is the timeline. This page will not invent a number of hours. Refreshing the lobby does not push a bank.
Keep the amount, the time, and the reference if the app shows one. Those three are what in-app help can use.
A PIN is not a support step
Nobody needs your UPI PIN to complete a withdrawal you already submitted. Enter a PIN only on the payment screen you opened yourself.
A caller who already knows your number is still a stranger. Hang up.
Before you submit a cashout
- Read the welcome card again It may still be holding the balance.
- Compare the two names Account and UPI.
- Use one handle Yours.
- Submit inside the app Not through a chat agent.
- Save the reference Then wait on the status screen.
Cashier questions
How long does pending last?
The ledger will not invent a number. The status screen is the timeline.
The app shows sent and the bank shows nothing. What do I keep?
The amount, the time, and the reference. Then use help inside the app.
Can a higher level speed the transfer up?
Do not chase a level for speed. Read what the cashier actually says.
Can I cancel from this website?
No. If a cancel control exists, it is inside the app.
