When something breaks, help is the support entry inside the Diwa Wow account. This column can list what to prepare. It cannot open a ticket or see the reply.

What to have ready

The amount, the time, and any reference the cashier showed. A screenshot of the status screen can help. A screenshot of a PIN or a one-time code cannot, and should not exist.

Describe what the screen says now, not what a stranger said it should say.

Where the reply has to come from

Use the help entry you opened yourself inside the app. A Telegram handle, a WhatsApp number, or an email that arrived first is not that entry.

This website will not message you about a payout.

What this column still will not do

We cannot see your balance, reset a password, approve a KYC photo, or speed a bank. Asking here delays the only path that can.

If the app is down, waiting is the path. A second APK is not a workaround.

After you send the note

Stay on the thread you opened. Do not start a second conversation with someone who claims to be a manager.

If money moved in a way you did not intend, contact your bank as well as the in-app thread. This page cannot reverse a UPI transfer.

Prepare a help note

Open help inside the app The entry on your account.
Write amount, time, reference Three lines.
Attach status, not secrets No PIN, no code.
Ignore inbound agents They contacted you first.
Tell the bank if a transfer was not yours In parallel, not instead.

Help questions

Can I email this ledger about a missing payout?

You can, and we still cannot see the wallet. Use in-app help for the request.

A caller knew my balance. Are they support?

Knowledge of a balance is not proof. Hang up and use the in-app entry.

Should I reinstall before I write to support?

Only from this host, and only if the app itself asks you to update. Do not reinstall to fix a pending cashout.

Will you publish response times?

No. The app’s own screen is the timeline.
