This ledger does not ask for a Diwa Wow password, a one-time code, or a UPI PIN. If a form on this host ever does, it is not this page.
Sign-in happens inside the app you installed from the file note, or on the mobile site the app itself opens.
Use the number that still receives texts
Enter the mobile number you control today. A number you borrowed, or an old SIM in a drawer, will lock you out when the code arrives somewhere you cannot see.
Type the code yourself. Anyone who asks you to read it into a call is not support.
If the code does not arrive
Wait, check signal, and request it once more from inside the app. Do not install a second package because the first code was slow.
After a few failures, stop for a while. Repeated requests can lock the number. The lock is a pause, not a reason to try a different file.
Shared phones and saved sessions
Log out when the phone is not only yours. A saved session is a wallet sitting open.
Hide message previews on the lock screen so a code is not visible to the person beside you.

No. Use the recovery path inside the app, on the same number.
Someone texted me a login link. Should I tap it?
No. Open the icon you installed. Do not follow a login link from a stranger.
I changed my number. Can the column move the account?
No. Number changes are handled inside the app, if the app allows them at all.
Does sign-in mean I have accepted the ₹320 line?
No. The welcome line is a separate choice on its own card.
